What helps us answer quickly
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- the Parky version, shown at the bottom of Settings;
- what you were doing when it happened;
- a screenshot, if it is visible.
About a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. For a refund, go through reportaproblem.apple.com. We have access to neither your Apple account nor your payments.
About your data
Your parkings are not with us: they are on your device. So there is nobody to ask in order to see or erase them — it all happens inside the app.
